Graphic Designer
We are looking for a skilled and creative graphic designer to create engaging graphics for our clients at Hey Church. We focus on serving Christian churches with their admin, creative, and communication needs. You will work with our marketing team and ministry advocates to create digital and print goods. Examples are instagram graphics, Sunday screens, tee shirts, and other assets.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality and eye-catching graphics.
- Ensure the graphics are visually appealing, engaging, and consistent with ours and individual churches branding.
- Deliver the final graphics in the required formats.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience in creating social media graphics.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with provided copy and descriptions.
- Strong communication skills to ensure the final graphics meet our expectations.

Content Marketer
Do you love writing about church tech, leadership, communications strategy, creativity, and more? Then this could be the right fit! In this role, you will be writing long-form content for the Hey Church journal as well as white pages and other forms of content. In addition, you will work with our COO and designers on a content strategy moving forward and assist in creating additional content to achieve these goals.

Financial Controller
As the Financial Controller at Hey Church, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with legal financial requirements. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making, helping us to efficiently allocate resources and achieve our organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of accounting; from payroll to tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Implement and oversee financial controls and processes to minimize risk and improve the organization's financial health.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
Ensure timely reporting and payment of all taxes and regulatory compliance.
Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team to aid in long-term and short-term decision-making.
Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
